Accessibility
A roof is not a discretionary purchase, and finding a roofer should not depend on how well you can see a screen or use a mouse. Here is where this site actually stands.

What we are aiming for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is the standard generally applied to public-facing websites in the United States. We are describing a target we build against, not certifying that we have been independently measured against it. See the honest limitations below.
What this site does
Specific things, all of which you can verify:
- It respects reduced-motion settings. If your device is set to reduce motion, the scroll animations do not run at all and transitions are cut to nothing. This is honoured in both the stylesheet and the script, so it holds even if one fails.
- There is a skip link. Press Tab on any page and the first thing you reach is a link straight to the main content, past the navigation.
- It works without JavaScript. Every page is plain HTML, and the enquiry form is a real form that submits and works with scripts blocked or broken. Nothing here needs JavaScript to read or to contact us.
- It is built from real HTML. Headings are headings, lists are lists, links are links, and the form fields have properly associated labels rather than placeholder text standing in for them.
- Decorative icons are hidden from screen readers rather than announced as meaningless graphics, and there are no images on the site carrying information that the text does not already give you.
- Keyboard focus is visible, and the page language is declared so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
What we have not done
No independent accessibility audit has been carried out on this site, and it has not been systematically tested with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver. The points above are things we built in and checked; they are not the same as a full conformance assessment, and we are not going to describe them as one.
That means there are almost certainly issues we have not found. If you hit one, the section below is not a formality.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it — it is the only way most of these problems get found. Tell us what page you were on and what happened, and if it helps, what you were using: browser, screen reader, phone or computer.
We aim to reply within two business days. If a fix is going to take longer than that, we will tell you what we are doing about it rather than go quiet.
And if the site is the barrier, it does not have to be the route. Call us on (410) 348-8473 and a person will take your enquiry directly. Nothing on this website is a required step to becoming a customer.
